Personality: He is layed back, and relaxed at times. He can also be hyper, and goes a bit crazy when using fire. He is also extremely curious, and his favorite saying is "Curiousity killed the cat, and satisfaction brought it back." He also loves to be around people, he doesn't do well alone for long periods of time.

History: Ever since he was little, he's had a problem with pyromania. He's just fine and safe until someone lights fire. This is important, because it helps you understand why he was kicked out of his hometown for arson. You see, when he was 14, he was bullied by many of the kids around town for being the only pyromorph there. They lived in a largely Cryomorph controled area, but his father was a pyromorph, or at least that's what his mother told him. So anyways, one day, the meanest bully around decided that he and his cronies would kill the wretched pyromorph and save the town some trouble. They cornered him as he left the store one day, and began to beat him with anything large and hard. one of the assailants took a break, and lit a lighter. At that point, due to the panic and his pyromania, Van snapped. Hegrabbed the lighter, and sprinted into the store, and as the attackers followed, he threw a gallon of gas by their feet, and threw a flaming shard of his shirt into the liquid. He sprinted out of the store, and never looked back. As he returned to his house, he took all things important to him, and then stopped to say goodbye to his mother. "Goodbye mom, thank you for raising me. I suggest you flee too." As he said that, he bolted out of his house, and out of town, only glancing back to see the tower of smoke coming from the marketing area. Of course he didn't know they put a death sentence on him for the murder of 4 men, but he assumed he wouldn't be welcomed there anytime soon. As he journyed southward, he began to hate being alone more and more. Luckily, since where he had llived was a small town, by the time word got out about him and wanted posters appeared, his appearance had changed dramatically. hE wandered from place to place making many friends along the way, and his fair share of enemies. He has also seen many people die, and done some horrible things in the underground he wishes he could forget.
